Exchange and returns

Once you purchase the goods in Calidad Gourmet, you may return the product within 7 business days of receipt the product. The product must be submitted in its original format and in perfect conditions. Once the good is received in perfect conditions by us you will be paid in full, discounting the transport charges caused by the collection of the good.

In the case that the product has reached you in a defective condition, please contact us via telephone number, +34 946 125 114 or email us to info@calidadgourmet.com, within less than 48 hours from the order reception. Our delivery company will collect the merchandise. The damage products will be replaced for free, at no added cost.

Product availability

The goods in the online gourmet store Calidad Gourmet will be available at any time. If there is the case of the unavailability of the product at any given time, we will contact you to offer you other products or for a full refund of the product.
